Common reef pests and how to deal with them: Aiptasia (peppermint shrimp, Aiptasia-X), flatworms (Flatworm Exit, wrasses), montipora-eating nudibranchs (dip all new montis in CoralRx), AEFW (Acropora eating flatworms - Bayer dip), bristleworms (mostly beneficial, remove large ones), mantis shrimp (trap with bottle), and vermetid snails (superglue tubes shut). Always dip new corals in CoralRx or Bayer before adding to your display.
