Pre Filters - How One Small Hack Transformed the Aquarium Hobby

Pre-filters have emerged as a significant innovation in the aquarium hobby, offering substantial improvements to ease of maintenance and overall tank health. A seemingly small addition, the pre-filter hack has transformed how hobbyists manage their aquariums. By capturing larger debris before it enters the main filter, pre-filters extend the lifespan of primary filter media and reduce the frequency of thorough filter cleanings. The article emphasizes that this 'small hack' has had a profound impact, making aquarium upkeep more efficient and enjoyable for many.
