USAQUA: A New Voice for Aquarists from the Hobby to The Hill

USAQUA is a newly established organization poised to act as a significant voice for aquarists and the broader aquarium industry. Its mission encompasses advocating for the hobby's interests, reaching from individual enthusiasts to legislative bodies, often referred to as 'The Hill.'

This group seeks to bridge the gap between the passionate community of aquarists and policymakers, ensuring that the perspectives and needs of the hobby are heard and considered in relevant discussions. By engaging in advocacy, USAQUA aims to protect and promote responsible aquarium keeping, address potential regulatory challenges, and highlight the conservation efforts and scientific contributions made by the aquarium community. This initiative signifies a growing recognition within the hobby of the importance of organized representation to safeguard its future and influence public perception and policy decisions.
